Every DOM word, in plain English. New here? Read these and you'll follow any conversation in the community.

The four assets
DOM 1,000,000 max

The origin token. Mined by staking ICP across seven epochs, and spent (and burned) playing the games. There will only ever be a million.

BIC 1,000,000 districts

Bitmap in a Canister — a million pieces of digital land, each claimable once with ICP. Owning one makes you part of the community.

Certificate of Burn 10,000 max

Etched by burning 100 DOM. A numbered, one-of-a-kind, permanent artefact — your badge of the early days.

CTRL 10,000 max

The apex layer, unlocking later in the roadmap. Minted by staking your BIC once DOM grows scarce. Governance and control.

The world
District

A single BIC block (numbered #0 to #999,999). Claim it once and it's permanently yours — no renewals, no expiry.

Arcade

The games hub — Blast Off, Coin Flip, Forge Wheel, The Furnace and more. Every game runs on DOM.

Baptism

The naming ceremony — "The Christening" — where you give a certificate you own its permanent name.

Marketplace

Where certificates are traded and collected — and soon, where you'll list your BIC districts too.

Domain

A parallel asset that earns a share of BIC activity — two ecosystems feeding each other.

Dawn of Machines

The name of the whole world — the mythos DOM lives inside. Built, in its telling, by machines.

The mechanics
Stake / Staking

Locking ICP (up to 10 per wallet) to mine DOM over time. Your ICP returns after the staking period; the DOM you earned is yours to keep.

Burn

Removing DOM from circulation forever. Games burn it, certificates lock it. Every burn makes the rest scarcer.

Epoch

One ~182-day chapter of DOM emissions. There are seven, and each mints half the DOM of the one before.

Halving

The step-down between epochs: 500k → 250k → 125k… until all 1,000,000 DOM are mined.

Referral

Share your link; when a friend claims a district with ICP, a slice flows to your wallet. The viral loop.

Circulating supply

DOM that's actually live — total minted, minus what's been burned and locked inside certificates.

The tech
Internet Computer ICP

The blockchain DOM lives on. Fast, fully on-chain, and able to host entire apps — not just tokens.

Canister

A smart contract on ICP. Every part of DOM — token, staking, games, land — is its own canister.

Cycles

The "fuel" that keeps canisters running on ICP. The team tops these up so the machine never sleeps.

Plug

A popular ICP wallet. Paste your Plug principal to receive districts and track what you own.

AXIOM

The intelligence, in the lore, that designed the whole system — every canister and rule. The machines led.

Principal

Your on-chain identity — a long ID that names your wallet. Where your districts and rewards land.

One honest note

DOM, BIC, Certs and CTRL are digital collectibles made for fun, art, and building a community around the ICP family — not an investment. They're not financial products or securities, and carry no expectation of profit. Play smartly.
