How the OTC market works: miners list DOM at any price above the floor of 0.01 ICP per DOM. Buyers send ICP directly to the canister, then call buy — DOM lands in their wallet instantly. A 5% protocol fee funds cycles. Every listing is on-chain; nothing is custodied by a human. Minimum listing: 10 DOM.
