One machine, four assets, seven epochs. A slow-burn economy that turns stakers into players, players into landholders, and landholders into a community that owns what it built.
DOM was the starting point — mined by staking ICP, spent to play games and to claim land. But the real community is built on BIC. As DOM is used up and burns away, ownership passes to the people who collected, played, and stayed — and a new layer, CTRL, hands them the keys.
Every asset hands off to the next. Nothing is a dead end.
Fixed supplies, enforced on-chain. Two base assets of one million, each distilling into a scarce ten-thousand.
DOM isn't minted at once. Each epoch runs ~182 days and emits half the last. This halving schedule is the ecosystem's heartbeat — and its calendar.
Milestone-gated, not date-gated. Each phase unlocks the next by hitting a real on-chain marker.
Get DOM into the world and BIC into hands. Dead-simple onboarding, referrals, and content pull people in to stake, play, and claim land. This phase's whole job is minting out the map — every district that lands grows the community and adds urgency for the next arrival.
Now ownership means something. Bookshelves, launches, offers, and partnerships that only landholders get. The marketplace expands from certs to listing your BIC districts, opening a secondary market — and holders begin earning fees from the ecosystem simply for holding.
CTRL unlocks. Stake your BIC to mint it — but staked land steps back from parts of the ecosystem while it works. You trade some of your district's utility for CTRL: deeper rewards, a governance voice, and priority access to what comes next.
With DOM spent and scarce, the games open to CTRL and the ecosystem runs on BIC ownership plus the control layer. DOM becomes the revered origin relic. New content and new games keep the community playing — for years, not seasons.
Every game is a reason to hold DOM and a way to burn it. Here's what's live today.
The aim is an ecosystem of 100 games — and we've barely started. These are the early days, built in-house. Once the project has legs to run on, game-building opens up to outside studios, so the arcade can grow far faster than one team ever could.
When a district is staked and fully extracted for CTRL, its value migrates outward — what remains is an empty shell. It may or may not carry new purpose. But it is history: proof a district gave everything it had to the control layer.
Not an investment. DOM, BIC, Certs and CTRL are digital collectibles and utilities created for entertainment, art, and participation in the Dawn of Machines gaming ecosystem. They are not financial products or securities and carry no expectation of profit. This roadmap describes intent, not a guarantee — sequence and features may evolve as the community grows.
