✅ Phase 1 (Live Now) — QOIN (Base) → ckQOIN (ICP) → DOM. One-way bridge. Swap ckQOIN to DOM at 1:1.
🔜 Phase 2 — Reverse swap: DOM → ckQOIN. Requires dom_token ICRC-2 upgrade, planned for end of Epoch 1 (~late 2026).
🔜 Phase 3 — Trustless withdrawal: ckQOIN → QOIN back on Base via ICP threshold ECDSA signing.
🔜 ICPSwap Pool — Once sufficient ckQOIN circulates, a community ckQOIN/ICP liquidity pool can be created on ICPSwap, enabling open market pricing.

Each poll costs cycles (ICP compute fuel). Until the bridge generates enough volume to self-fund, we run on a 30-minute interval to keep it sustainable. Want faster minting? You can top up the bridge canister directly — every contribution extends the bridge's life and speeds up the community for everyone.
